WB Primary TET Application Form 2023
To apply for WB Primary TET Application Form 2023, candidates can visit the official website https://wbbpeonline.com/ between 14 September to 04 October 2023. Every person who wants to be awarded TET Certificate for Paper I. Can apply online to participate in Second TET. To avoid last minute rush, candidates are highly recommended to submit online application at an early stage.
Candidates who have done Diploma in Elementary Education can appear for Paper I of the Teacher Eligibility Test, which is generally for classes I to V, and candidates who have done Bachelor of Education and are eligible for Paper II. WB Primary TET Eligibility 2023
The eligibility criteria for Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 for Paper I and II in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below
- Paper I – The individual must have completed Intermediate and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education or 4 years Graduation in Elementary Education.
- Paper II – Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years B.Ed degree from a UGC recognized university.
- Paper I – There is no lower or upper age limit.
- Paper II – Same as above.
WB Primary TET 2023 Application Fee
West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 Application Fee Rs. 500/-. If you belong to OBC-A or OBC-B category, the application fee is slightly lower. 400/-. For SC, ST, or PH (Physically Handicapped) category candidates, the application fee is the lowest, which is Rs. 250/-. Candidates who are going to apply online will be able to pay it through debit or credit card.
WB Primary TET 2023 Exam Date
The exam date for Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 has been officially announced by the Board of Primary Education, West Bengal, it is going to be held on 10th December 2023 at multiple exam centers across the state, exam time duration for each paper is 02 The hour is 30 minutes. 1 and 2, a total of 150 objective questions will be asked from different sections in each paper, weightage of each question will be 1 mark and there will be no provision for negative marking.
