Swarnjayanti Fellowship 2023: Swarna Jayanti Fellowship is a Government of India initiative by the Department of Science and Technology, DST India, to enable young scientists to pursue uninterrupted research in leading areas of science and technology. Fellowship is not specific, instead, it is scientist specific.

- Applicants age should be between 30 to 40 years on the date of application.

Swarnjayanti Fellowship Award
- Selected candidates will receive a fellowship of Rs 25,000 per month, in addition to the salary from the parent institute.
- The candidate will also cover all necessary requirements and expenses for the research.
- Grants will be provided for equipment, consumables, contingencies, national and international travel.
- The fellowship also provides grants for any special need based on merit.
